The individual known as R.F. surrendered himself to the Information Branch of the Internal Security Forces early this morning following the murder of B.D. in the Al-Badawi mountain area last night. The former opened fire with a military weapon at the victim inside his mobile phone repair shop in the area. The victim was then transferred to a local hospital for treatment but soon succumbed to his injuries. The arrested individual has been referred for investigation under the supervision of the competent judiciary to take legal action.
