Did Ukraine Use "Western Missiles" to Destroy a Bridge in Kursk?

The Russian Foreign Ministry indicated on Saturday that "Ukraine used Western missiles, likely American-made HIMARS, to destroy a bridge over the Sim River in the Kursk region, resulting in the deaths of volunteers attempting to evacuate civilians." Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated, "For the first time, the Kursk region has been subjected to shelling by Western-made missile launchers, likely American HIMARS." She added, "As a result of the attack on the bridge over the Sim River in the Glushkovsky area, it was completely destroyed, and volunteers who were assisting evacuated civilians were killed."
