Israeli warplanes conducted a series of airstrikes targeting several towns along the border in southern Lebanon. The strikes particularly hit the town of Aita El-Shaab, accompanied by artillery shelling on the outskirts of the town. Additionally, Israeli aircraft targeted the towns of Ramyeh, Marwaheen, Kfarra, and Yater in the western sector of southern Lebanon. An Israeli drone carried out several strikes on the Al-Houma and Al-Barka neighborhoods in the town of Khiam, causing damage to a residential building without resulting in injuries.
The Israeli forces continued their bombardments and airstrikes today, Saturday, targeting the outskirts of towns in the western sector, dropping incendiary bombs toward Mount Labouna and the vicinity of the town of Alama El-Shaab. It's also reported that the warplanes executed four strikes on the outskirts of the town of Ramyeh. This morning, an Israeli drone targeted a pickup truck in one of the banana groves in the Barak area of Al-Aqbiya, south of Sidon. Israeli media indicated that the Israeli army attacked a target 40 kilometers deep into Lebanon this morning. They reported that a missile and drone attack was launched from northern Israel toward Kiryat Shmona and the surrounding area.
The outskirts of the towns of Al-Dahiya and Al-Jabeen in the western sector were subjected to artillery shelling, as were the outskirts of Aita El-Shaab and Majd al-Zun, facing aggressive airstrikes. In response, Israeli artillery shelling targeted the vicinity of several villages facing Israeli settlements in the Marjeyoun and Bint Jbeil areas. Artillery fire was also reported in the Labouna area near Ras Naqoura.
**Hezbollah's Statement**
Hezbollah announced in separate statements that they "targeted an armored infantry unit in the Karantina Hill in the Haddab Yaron area, achieving confirmed hits," and also targeted "the Haddab Al-Bustan site with missile weapons and the Al-Jurdah site with artillery shells, resulting in direct hits." They reported on striking "gatherings of occupation forces in Wadi Shumaira, Tal Shaar, and Badid (the occupied Lebanese village of Turbikhah and its surroundings), using appropriate weapons and achieving direct hits," in addition to targeting "a military vehicle and an Israeli infantry unit at the Metula site with guided missiles, achieving direct hits."
The "Islamic Resistance" also targeted the Malakiyeh site with appropriate weapons, as well as "the radar sites and Zubdeen in the occupied Shebaa Farms, achieving injuries."
**Amal Movement Statement**
The Amal Movement declared in a statement that "in commitment to the resistance approach, the Amal Movement announces with grief the martyrdom of the Mujahed Ali Jamil Al-Haj Dawood, born in Melikh on 30-07-1988, who was martyred after one of the Movement's sites in the town of Rabat Thalathin was directly attacked by the ruthless Israeli enemy, resulting in his martyrdom and injuries to two other Mujahedeen."
