The president of the Benzai International Martial Arts Club, Mr. Ahmad Majid, honored the champions who have raised Lebanon's name high in international sports arenas. The ceremony took place at the Benzai International Club located in the Beirut-Coraytem area, under the patronage of the Minister of Youth and Sports represented by Engineer Hamza Hamiyeh, and in the presence of a representative from the Boxing Federation, Mr. Ali Khalil, along with President of the Skill Federation, Naja Bou Krom, and Mustafa Baghdadi representing Mohammad Awwad.
The event began with a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs in Lebanon and Palestine, followed by the singing of the Lebanese national anthem. The honored champions included athletes of various ages, both young and old, and from all years. Notably, the ceremony also recognized world champions who achieved gold and silver medals in kickboxing and boxing. Each of Saeb Al-Hani, Malik Al-Hani, Hamza Balhwan, Rani Ibrahim, Giovanni Freyha, and Fouad received gold medals, while Khaled Hamad, Mohammad Aytani, and Waseem Hijazi were awarded silver medals.
