A taxi driver and Indian police managed to save a woman who attempted to jump from the famous Trans Harbour Bridge in Mumbai. The dramatic rescue was captured by surveillance cameras, showing the driver quickly intervening just as the woman was about to throw herself off the bridge by grabbing her hair, keeping her suspended in the air until the security personnel arrived. The police later identified the woman as 56-year-old Reema Mukesh Patil, a resident of Mulund, but they did not disclose the reason for her suicide attempt.
