The Lebanese team succeeded in defeating Iran (64-49) in the semifinals, following a strong performance from the winning team’s players. The quarter scores were as follows: (20-9)(31-23)(48-39)(64-49). In the same round, the Philippines defeated Samoa (71-47). Both Lebanon and the Philippines have proven to be the strongest teams in the tournament and will face off in the final match at 9:00 AM Beirut time on Sunday, with the winning team earning a spot in the Asian countries (level "A"). Meanwhile, Iran and Samoa will compete for third and fourth place at 6:30 AM Beirut time on Sunday.
