Umluj Hosts the Third Mango Festival

The third Mango Festival will kick off tomorrow, Wednesday, in Umluj, UAE. The event is organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s office, featuring 30 exhibitors from mango farmers, along with several governmental, civil, and non-profit entities, at the Public Celebration Center. Amjad bin Abdullah Thlab, acting director of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in the Tabuk region, stated that the festival will last for four days and includes various activities, primarily focusing on mango-related processed products. He noted that the ministry aims to help farmers and open marketing channels for their mango products both within and outside the province. He also mentioned that the ministry seeks to provide technical and professional support to all farmers in the region, recognizing the significant economic and health importance of their products due to the nutritional benefits they offer.
