Fauci Admits...

"Anthony Fauci," who does not remember this name that shone brightly during the outbreak of the coronavirus in 2020 and beyond as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in the United States. However, despite the decline of the pandemic, his name has returned to health and media circles in the past few hours due to shocking developments and information. A testimony given by Fauci before Congress earlier this year revealed that he established the six-foot social distancing rule and other measures to protect Americans from the coronavirus without scientific foundations.

Republicans released the full text of their interview with the prominent doctor just days before his anticipated public testimony, as they plan to question him again about the COVID restrictions he imposed, which he admitted did little to slow the spread of the virus, according to the "Daily Mail."

In a conversation with a lawyer representing the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic in the House of Representatives earlier this year, Fauci informed the Republicans that the six-foot social distancing rule "suddenly appeared," and he does not recall how it emerged, indicating that it was not based on studies or scientific foundations. He also added that he was not aware of or did not review studies supporting social distancing, admitting that such studies "would be very difficult" to conduct.

In addition to not remembering any evidence supporting social distancing, Fauci also told the committee's advisor that he does not recall reading anything suggesting that children wearing masks or even being absent from school would prevent the coronavirus.

These testimonies may have reminded many of the precautionary measures imposed by entire countries as sufficient to eliminate the novel coronavirus, while overlooking their impact on other aspects. It is noteworthy that learning loss among children and social setbacks due to COVID-19 measures have been documented, with one study conducted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) describing the impact of mask use on students' reading, writing, and learning as extremely negative.

Another NIH study found that the effects of social distancing caused "depression, general anxiety, acute stress, and intrusive thoughts." Additionally, the coronavirus committee dedicated months to discovering the origins of the virus that turned many lives upside down and led to the deaths of 6 million people worldwide.

Fauci frequently clashed with Republicans over mask mandates and vaccines. Congressional Republicans have vowed to launch extensive investigations into Anthony Fauci, the director of infectious diseases, if they regain control of the House or Senate in the midterm elections, according to Republican Senator Rand Paul months ago.
