The Meteorological Department of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation has forecast that tomorrow's weather will be partially cloudy to occasionally cloudy, with no change in temperatures along the coast while continuing to decrease inland and in the mountains. Dense fog is expected to form in the highlands, and the atmosphere is conducive to light local rainfall, particularly in the northern regions during the morning and evening periods.

The bulletin states the following:

- General Situation: Unstable autumn weather will control Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin starting today, Thursday. It is expected to gradually be affected tomorrow evening, Friday, by a low-pressure system centered over Greece, accompanied by cold and humid air masses, leading to sometimes rainy weather until the beginning of the upcoming week. The average temperatures for October range between 21 and 29 degrees.

- Expected Weather in Lebanon:

- **Thursday**: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a decrease in temperatures in the inland and mountainous regions. Dense fog will form on the highlands, with light scattered rain during the morning and evening periods.

- **Friday**: Partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy with no significant temperature changes along the coast, while a continued decline is expected inland and in the mountains. Dense fog will form on the highlands, and local light rain is possible, especially in the northern areas during the morning and evening.

- **Saturday**: Partly cloudy to cloudy with an additional decrease in temperatures and fog in the highlands. Scattered and intermittent rainfall is expected, which may intensify at times in the northern regions, with a possibility of thunder and lightning.

- **Sunday**: Partly cloudy to cloudy with rainfall, particularly in the north and inland, alongside isolated thunderstorm cells and a gradual increase in temperatures along the coast, while remaining stable inland and in the mountains.

- Temperatures on the coast range from 22 to 27 degrees, in the mountains from 11 to 19 degrees, and inland from 11 to 27 degrees.

- Surface winds: Southwesterly, ranging from 10 to 30 km/h.

- Visibility: Generally good in the morning, deteriorating in the evening on the highlands due to fog formation.

- Relative humidity on the coast: Between 55 and 80%.

- Sea condition: Moderate wave height, with water surface temperature at 26 degrees.

- Atmospheric pressure: 761 mmHg.
