Bahraini runner Winfred Yavi secured the gold medal in the women's 3000-meter steeplechase on Tuesday. Marileidy Paulino from the Dominican Republic claimed the gold medal, outpacing Salwa Eid Naser, while Polish athlete Natalia Kaczmarek took home the bronze.
