The Lebanese Ministry of Agriculture announced in a statement that "in light of the repeated Israeli aggressions on southern Lebanon and the significant displacement of our people from the villages and towns in the region, and with a commitment to provide the necessary support during these difficult circumstances, the Minister of Agriculture has decided to designate agricultural vocational schools in various Lebanese regions as shelters for the displaced, through a mechanism that will be announced subsequently." The ministry emphasized its commitment to "providing all possible support and assistance to our displaced people," calling on "everyone to cooperate and show solidarity during this critical phase."
