Iranian President Seeks Cooperation with Three Arab Countries

Iranian President Masoud Bezhkiyan confirmed today, Friday, that his government will prioritize strengthening relations with neighboring countries. The Iranian president expressed his desire for cooperation with Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE to deepen Iran's relations and establish a regional dialogue framework. He noted that the United States should recognize reality and understand that Iran does not and will not respond to pressures.

The Iranian president is expected to take the constitutional oath on July 30, according to a statement from a member of the Iranian Shura Council's presidency, Mojtaba Yousofi. Bezhkiyan was elected president of Iran in the second round of the presidential elections held on July 5.
