The same reports add that "the Electricité du Liban Board meeting, chaired by the oldest member in attendance and with Karim Saba present, will approve the transfer of 5,000 liters of fuel from the Zahrani plant via borrowing to secure a partial return of electricity until the Board Chairman Kamal Hayek returns from Greece on Monday to take legal procedures and approve the purchase of fuel from Iraq and Egypt."
