Airbus and Boeing Secure New Deals

Global aircraft manufacturers received more orders at the Farnborough International Airshow on Tuesday, despite supply chain pressures and airline complaints about delayed deliveries. Boeing announced deals with Qatar Airways and Macquarie AirFinance, while Airbus secured orders from Japan Airlines and Virgin Atlantic, although many of these deals had already been agreed upon. Qatar Airways indicated the possibility of placing a "large" order for wide-body aircraft early next year, while Flydubai stated that it is in early talks with Airbus and Boeing regarding its largest order ever.
