An Israeli drone struck a vehicle in the town of Barj Al-Muluk on the road leading to the Khiam-Wazzani triangle in southern Lebanon. Lebanese media reported that the attack targeted a car and a tent housing Syrian refugees in the village of Barj Al-Muluk, resulting in injuries, including among children. The National News Agency reported that an Israeli drone targeted an empty four-wheel-drive vehicle at the outskirts of Barj Al-Muluk, at the junction of Al-Hosh, on the road leading to the Khiam-Wazzani triangle, causing injuries to several Syrians from shrapnel, including children who were near a tent they lived in.
In response, about 30 rockets were launched from southern Lebanon towards the Golan Heights and the Galilee Finger in northern Israel. Sirens echoed in the Galilee Finger and the Golan Heights, as well as in Zar'it and Netuah in Galilee. For its part, "Hezbollah" announced the targeting of the town of Dafna for the first time since the start of the war, using Katyusha rockets in retaliation for the attacks on civilians in Barj Al-Muluk in southern Lebanon. According to Israeli media, damage occurred at a factory in Kibbutz Amir in the Galilee Finger area in northern Israel as a result of the rocket fire from southern Lebanon, following announcements from both the Al-Qassam Brigades and Hezbollah regarding the targeting of the region.
