Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, on Sunday for a two-day state visit, according to Russian news agencies. The Kremlin previously indicated that Putin would meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to discuss, in particular, the "issue of resolving the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia."
