King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain received the head of the Bahrain Olympic Committee along with the athletes who won a total of four medals—two gold, one silver, and one bronze—during the Kingdom's participation in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The Bahraini monarch stated, "There is no doubt that the achievements accomplished by the athletes will motivate and continue the aspirations to achieve more accomplishments in the future, especially since they were at the level of elite athletes from different countries around the world. Securing first place among Arab nations is an achievement to be proud of."

King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa awarded the athletes, Yevin Motiili Yafi, Ahmed Mohammed Omar Ghazi, Salwa Eid Naser, and Goh Tigran Aramais Minasyan, the Order of Excellence, First Class, in recognition of their contributions to serving Bahrain and enhancing its sports stature, achieving this significant sports accomplishment.
