Clashes Between Kurdistan Counter-Terrorism Forces and Drug Dealers

A security source in Sulaymaniyah reported that a counter-terrorism officer in the Kurdistan region was injured during clashes with drug dealers. The source told "Baghdad Today" that elements from the Kurdistan Counter-Terrorism unit affiliated with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan clashed with drug dealers in the district of Kalar in Sulaymaniyah province. He added that initial information indicates that an officer from the unit was injured as a result of the clashes.
