Warning for 3 Billion Users: "Google" Releases Disappointing Announcement!

Warning for 3 Billion Users:

The company "Google" has canceled plans to prevent advertisers from tracking Chrome users, who number around 3 billion. Google announced last Monday that it plans to retain third-party cookies in the Chrome browser (small data pieces used by advertisers to serve ads) after years of promises to phase out the small code packages designed to track users online. This decision comes amid concerns from advertisers (the company's largest revenue source), who stated that "the loss of cookies in the world's most popular browser will limit the ability to collect information for ad personalization, forcing them to rely on Google's user databases." Anthony Chavez, Vice President of the Privacy Sandbox initiative backed by Google, said, "Instead of eliminating third-party cookies, we will provide a new experience in Chrome that allows people to make an informed choice while browsing the web, and they will be able to adjust that choice at any time."
