Additionally, it recorded a profit of 16 million euros in the fiscal year 2023/24, noting that it holds fixed assets with a net value of 574 million euros. Real Madrid has experienced significant economic growth under the leadership of its current president, the prominent businessman Florentino Pérez. The club has also successfully dominated European football, having ascended to the top for the 15th time last season by defeating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in the final at Wembley Stadium in London.
