The Minister of Finance in the caretaker government, Youssef Khalil, signed a decision today, Wednesday, to "put fifteen million financial stamps of the 'twenty thousand Lebanese pounds' category into circulation for release into the markets, featuring an image of the town of Kfardounin, Qada' Bint Jbeil."
