Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri condemned "the massacre carried out by Israeli occupation forces at dawn in the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the martyrdom of more than 14 individuals, including women and children, and left over 20 injured." In a statement, he noted that "what happened at dawn in Gaza confirms, without a doubt, that both the security and political levels in the Israeli entity represent an advanced model of organized state terrorism. This massacre, committed during a political moment where the Arab region is moving towards Arab unity and a new formulation of a unified Arab stance regarding the constants of the nation, primarily the Palestinian issue and the rights of the Palestinian people to return and establish an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, reflects the predicament in which the Israeli entity finds itself."
Hezbollah emphasized that "the killing of resistance leaders will increase our nation's awareness and unity, making it more determined and resilient to continue the path of jihad and resistance until achieving complete victory." The party's statement noted, "The brutal airstrikes carried out by the Zionist enemy targeting fighters, women, and children are a documented crime against humanity, embodying all meanings of treachery, terrorism, and the terrorization of the innocent. This is addressed to all humanitarian and international organizations and governments, as well as so-called global conscience, to take the appropriate positions and steps in confronting this ongoing crime."
The party also declared full solidarity with the Islamic Jihad Movement and expressed its complete and explicit support for all options and actions taken by the movement's leadership and Palestinian resistance factions to deter the Zionist enemy and protect the Palestinian people and their sanctities.
