US Forces Reinforce Positions in Syrian Al-Jazeera with Helicopters and Air Defenses

A Syrian field source reported that US forces continue to reinforce their bases in the Al-Jazeera region in northeastern Syria with helicopters and military equipment "to provide additional protection for Israel." The source informed Sputnik that "US forces have bolstered their bases with 15 Apache helicopters to enhance their offensive capabilities." It was added that "an American aircraft landed at the Kharab al-Jir base in the Hasakah countryside (northern Syria) loaded with military equipment, air defense batteries, logistical and military materials, and about 25 soldiers."
