Tunisia: Shepherd Injured by Mine Explosion in Mount Mghila, Kasserine

The regional health director in Kasserine, west Tunisia, Abdel Ghani Chaabani, reported that a "shepherd was injured in a mine explosion in Mount Mghila, Kasserine Governorate." He indicated that two ambulances from Kasserine and Sbeïtla were dispatched to transfer him for treatment in a local hospital. It is worth noting that several members of the terrorist organization "ISIS" are still hiding in Mount Mghila and have planted several mines in the western heights. Eyewitnesses told the news agency (TAP) that the injured person has not yet been rescued from deep in the mountain for medical assistance. They added that the injured man, 35 years old and a father of two, had gone to Mount Mghila to graze his sheep in the morning.
