A young woman nearly lost her life while trying to take a "selfie" on a steep slope in Maharashtra, India, before she lost her balance and fell to the bottom. According to local media, the young woman miraculously survived the incident by hitting a tree during her roll down, and was rescued by the National Guard with the help of some locals.
The police stated that the young woman was visiting the Thosigarh waterfall in the western Indian state with a group of friends when they stopped to take some pictures. They also added that the young woman sustained serious injuries in the incident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
