The Israeli army announced today, Saturday, that it eliminated Walid Al-Sousi, the head of the General Security apparatus of Hamas in southern Gaza. The army stated in a press release: "Last night, fighter jets targeted Walid Al-Sousi, a member of the military wing of Hamas and head of Hamas's General Security in southern Gaza." It added: "Al-Sousi was an active partner in managing the creation of an intelligence image by activating various sources in the Gaza Strip and was working against the resistance movement of Hamas within Gaza."
