"SALATA" hosted numerous visitors of all ages, athletes, and members of the press and media at its booth during the "Beirut Sports Festival" that took place last week with great success. The invited guests had the opportunity to meet the restaurant's "ambassadors," the international athlete and Lebanon's fastest runner, Aziza Sbaiti, and the international Paralympic runner, Arz Zahr Eddin.
The event began with a welcoming speech by the restaurant's marketing manager, Roudy Achchi Fawaz, who welcomed the attendees and spoke about the naming of athletes Sbaiti and Zahr Eddin, along with Mark Anthony Ibrahim (who participates in external competitions) as "ambassadors."
Zahr Eddin and Sbaiti then shared their experiences in athletics, discussing their daily training aimed at improving their performance and the local and international achievements they have attained, as well as their ambitions to reach the highest levels. They expressed their gratitude to the sponsor supporting them and answered questions from the attendees in an atmosphere of openness.
The national coach, Dr. George Asaf, also praised the commitment of Sbaiti, Zahr Eddin, and Ibrahim to intensive training, noting that they have become stars of "the queen of sports" in Lebanon, the region, and Asia, and are even reaching for global recognition. He extended his thanks to "SALATA" for its support of the three champions.
