Scholz: We Will Remain Europe's Largest Supporter of Ukraine

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced that Germany will continue to provide assistance to Ukraine and will remain its largest supporter in Europe. In a post on the social media platform "X" on Monday, Scholz stated, "Germany is and will remain the country that is the largest supporter of Ukraine in Europe." He added, "We will continue support through the 50 billion euro loan we initiated within the G7." He mentioned that "thanks to this, Ukraine can purchase weapons in large quantities." Notably, Germany is considered the second-largest supporter of Ukraine in the world, in terms of the volume of weapons and equipment supplied to Kyiv, after the United States.
