Footage obtained by Al Jazeera was claimed by Al-Qassam to show their shelling of the command center of the occupation forces in the Netzarim axis east of the Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City with mortar shells, leading to the death of two soldiers.
After carrying out the operation, the Israeli army brought in military reinforcements to the area, with military jeep vehicles arriving to evacuate the dead and wounded. Additionally, military helicopters were dispatched to complete the evacuation process, alongside a "Humvee" medical vehicle loaded with Israeli casualties.
The "Al-Qassam Brigades" concluded by sending a message to the Israeli army, stating: "The shrapnel of the mortar is waiting for you."
