Israeli Defense Minister Threatens Strong Response Awaiting Iran and Hezbollah's Reply

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant threatened a strong response today, Sunday, if Israel is attacked. During his visit to the Ground Technology Unit responsible for operational technological response for field forces, Galant stated, "If the enemy dares to attack us, it will pay a heavy price." He added, "We will demand a heavy price from the enemy, as we have done in recent days—if it dares to attack us." Galant emphasized the importance of forming and providing operational responses for the forces in the field as an attempt to enable the continuation of combat and insisted on the significance of being prepared to shift quickly from defense to attack, saying, "We are ready to move quickly for an attack or response." Galant noted, "Today, I inspected the deployment of the Israel Defense Forces in defense and attack. We are strongly prepared on the ground and in the air. We will take a toll from the enemy, as we have been doing in recent days."
