Injuries to Palestinians During Clashes in the West Bank

Several Palestinians were injured by tear gas inhalation during clashes with Israeli army forces in various villages and towns in the West Bank. An Israeli force raided several neighborhoods in Bethlehem (south) and took position in main streets. Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli army used tear gas canisters during the confrontations.

In the Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, Israeli forces fired tear gas at residents' homes while storming the outskirts of the camp.

In the town of Beita, south of Nablus, clashes erupted after the Israeli army dispersed dozens of Palestinians who were performing Friday prayers on Mount Sabih. Eyewitnesses told Anadolu Agency that army forces fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters at the Palestinians, resulting in several cases of suffocation. A Palestinian journalist was also injured by bruises when a tear gas canister hit his helmet while he was covering the clashes in Beita.

Similar clashes occurred in the towns of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, and Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya (north). Israeli forces suppressed a weekly anti-settlement march in the villages of Beit Dajan and Kafr Qaddum.
