The head of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc, Deputy Mohammad Rai'd, stated: "We are now witnessing the declining fall of the Israeli enemy despite the international protection of its project and entity, but the enemy is on a downward path, so it is 'striking like a blind man,' and no longer has a plan to achieve clear, defined goals."
Rai'd made his remarks during a commemorative ceremony organized by Hezbollah for the martyr Ibrahim Afeef Faqh in the town of Jab_shit, attended by the Deputy Head of the Executive Council of the party, Sheikh Abdul Karim Abid, the official of the regional area of Jabal Amel II, Ali Dhakoun, as well as various personalities and religious scholars: "The enemy raised the bar high at the beginning of its aggression, stumbled in achieving its goals, and its hands have been tied from continuing at the escalating pace it had desired. As a result of the resistance's confrontation to its tyranny and aggression, it has stumbled, become confused, and is now in doubt about which path to take and which alternative to rely on, hence it resorts to intimidation now."
He continued: "The enemy is reducing the intensity of its escalating aggression in Gaza and withdrawing from cities while trying to contain the Gaza Strip, launching localized operations planned for later, operating under the belief that it does not want a ceasefire and wants to continue fighting without embarrassing its allies and international sponsors."
The head of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc pointed out that he told some delegations that came from Europe: "You expelled the Jews from your countries to protect your society, and it is our right to protect our society as well." He noted that "the Israeli enemy intimidates us with the expansion of the war and threatens that it will launch a wide war and resort to military options if political means do not succeed in achieving its goals, objectives, claims, and illusions, through which it wants to displace the southern people and bring delegations to convince us that we should not miss the opportunity to expand the war's scope."
He said: "We do not want an expansion of the war, but we want the aggression to stop. No one discusses with us any matter related to our Lebanese arena before the enemy stops its aggression."
Rai'd asked: "If you cannot compel the Israeli to stop its aggression on Gaza, why do you come to us? And what guarantees do you provide us regarding what we say and what we demand from you?"
The head of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc concluded: "If you want a wide war that involves aggression against our land, we will go through with it to the end, and we are not afraid of your threats, your bombings, or your aggression; we have prepared for you what you could never have imagined."
