A Saudi princess has accused one of her property guards in the Maadi area of Cairo of defrauding her and seizing a significant portion of her land in the area. The princess stated in her complaint that she owns a plot of land measuring 6,500 square meters in Maadi, and that one of the guards she appointed has appropriated about 25% of it, according to the website "Cairo 24." The source did not mention the name of the princess or the individuals involved in the incident.
It is worth noting that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued an unprecedented decision regarding the treatment of a Saudi princess and her brother as Egyptians in 2022. At that time, the official gazette published President Sisi's decision to treat Princess Nouf bint Mqrin bin Mamdouh Al Saud and Prince Abdulaziz bin Mqrin bin Mamdouh Al Saud (who hold Saudi nationality) in accordance with the rules applicable to Egyptians concerning land ownership.
