"The Palm Crown": The Latest Luxury District for the Wealthy – Where is it Located?

Work is accelerating on the "Palm Crown" project in Palm Jumeirah, which replaces the "The Pointe" destination at the top of the island. This will be the latest ultra-luxurious district home to elite individuals from around the world in Dubai. Real estate sources told "Al-Bayan" that Nakheel, part of the Dubai Holding group, has sold the vast majority of the land plots designated for luxury villas within the project, with the latest sale being 15 out of 18 plots with direct sea views, priced between 85 and 110 million AED.

The new project consists of 58 land plots divided into two groups. The first group includes 40 land plots without a waterfront, designated for the construction of luxury villas and palaces under the name "Crown Gardens," all of which were sold by the end of last year at prices starting from 25 million AED. The second group, named "Crown Views," consists of 18 land plots ranging in size from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet, featuring direct sea fronts. As of yesterday, only 3 plots remain, each measuring 15,177 square feet.

Today, Palm Jumeirah is one of the most prominent real estate investment destinations in Dubai for wealthy individuals and investors from around the world, whether for apartments, luxury villas, or palaces, particularly due to its exceptional architectural design and diverse, distinctive hotel and entertainment destinations. In the first half of this year, Palm Jumeirah properties attracted investments worth 9 billion AED through 855 transactions, and the "Palm Crown" project is set to be a new pearl that will soon join the luxurious necklace of Palm Jumeirah.
