Russian Defense Ministry Reports Deaths of 1,755 Ukrainian Soldiers in 24 Hours

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the "elimination of 1,755 Ukrainian soldiers and the destruction of the Mirgorod military airport in central Ukraine, the downing of a MiG-29 aircraft, and the interception of dozens of drones and missiles launched by Kyiv forces within 24 hours." In the daily statement regarding the military operation in Ukraine, it was mentioned:

"Russian 'Northern' forces fortified their positions, repelled two attacks, resulting in enemy losses of 160 soldiers, and destroyed Western artillery and vehicles while fending off a counterattack in Kharkov region and destroying two electronic warfare stations.

'Western' Russian forces strengthened their positions, inflicting 520 casualties on the enemy and destroying Western artillery, weapons, six ammunition depots, and an electronic warfare station.

'Southern' forces improved their positions, resulting in enemy losses of 540 soldiers, Western artillery, two electronic warfare stations, and five ammunition depots.

'Central' forces enhanced their positions in the Donetsk Republic, repelling seven attacks and inflicting 290 casualties on the enemy along with artillery and Western weapons.

'Eastern' forces strengthened their positions, causing enemy losses of 120 soldiers, one tank, Western artillery, and an electronic warfare station.

'Dnieper' forces inflicted significant losses on the Ukrainian army in the Kherson region, causing 125 casualties and destroying their vehicles, Western artillery, an electronic warfare station, and two ammunition depots.

Furthermore, the infrastructure of the Mirgorod military airport was destroyed, a MiG-29 aircraft was downed, three French "Hammer" guided bombs and six American "HIMARS" missiles were intercepted, and 74 Ukrainian drones were shot down, along with the destruction of 10 drone boats in the Black Sea."
