French runner Alice Finot took a knee and proposed to her boyfriend after the Olympic hurdles race, pinning a badge that read "Love is in Paris" onto his shirt. Finot said, "I told myself that if I ran in under nine minutes, knowing that the number nine is my lucky number and that we have been together for nine years, I would propose to him."
