She is a Lebanese reporter, broadcaster, and editor who gained prominence as an economic reporter for Al Jazeera in Lebanon since 2001. She worked as an editor at Al-Nida newspaper (a publication for life) from 1993 to 1995, and as a reporter and editor at New Television from 1993 to 1997, and as a reporter, broadcaster, and bulletin chief at Voice of the People radio from 1997 to 2001.
