A woman was killed by her daughter due to ongoing disputes between them in the Old Cairo area. Medical reports confirmed that the daughter is mentally sound and does not suffer from any psychological disorders that could have driven her to commit the crime. The prosecution is continuing to investigate the case, while the Abbassia Hospital confirmed that the accused does not use drugs, noting that the victim died from multiple stab wounds in fatal areas, along with severe lacerations and hemorrhaging. Investigations revealed that the accused is a 30-year-old visual artist who paints and sells her works, and the ongoing conflicts stemmed from her desire to sell their home to cover the expenses of her work and the sale of her paintings.
