Lebanese Environment Minister Nasser Yassin stated that his country will struggle to meet even a portion of its humanitarian needs in the event of a full-scale war with Israel, while it seeks to increase support from donors amidst ongoing clashes on the border. Yassin mentioned, "Lebanon will need $100 million monthly to provide food, shelter, healthcare, and other necessities in the worst-case scenario." He added, "Meeting even a small part of that, whether 10 or 15 percent, will be a significant matter for the government. We will need donors to intensify their efforts."
