An unusual situation occurred with Egyptian actor Ahmed El Sakka while filming one of his projects, when he saved a photographer who had swallowed his tongue. This incident was recounted by director Sandra Nashaat in an interview shared on social media and YouTube through the program "Daqiqah Nafham."
She confirmed that during the filming, El Sakka saved a person from death when a camera assistant named "Omar" unexpectedly swallowed his tongue, and it was only El Sakka's intervention that saved him. Interestingly, the Egyptian actor did this despite being busy filming a scene, which surprised everyone. Director Sandra Nashaat mentioned that she did not know how El Sakka noticed what was happening to the photographer's assistant, who felt he was losing his ability to breathe and suddenly stopped.
However, within seconds, El Sakka rushed to the assistant and helped him remove his tongue from his mouth after he had swallowed it, ultimately saving his life by helping him regain his breath. This adds yet another incident to Ahmed El Sakka’s record in such situations, especially since he has always performed difficult roles by himself since the beginning of his career and refuses to use a stunt double. He had previously suffered a serious eye injury while filming "Taimour and Shafika."
