A new surprise that could change the course of the case, if proven true, has been revealed by the lawyer of Habiba Al-Shama, known in Egypt as the "Shorouk Girl," who jumped from a taxi for fear of being kidnapped. Mohamed Amin, the girl's lawyer, stated that the drug test results for the delivery company's driver accused of attempting to kidnap Habiba on the Suez road came back positive, indicating he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident.

In exclusive statements to "Al-Arabiya.net," he explained that the tests confirmed his drug use, placing responsibility on the well-known company for allowing him to drive without confirming his fitness for the job. He also noted that this development would make the company a party to the case and that he, as the girl's lawyer, would direct accusations of negligence against them for failing to protect their clients, including his client.

Furthermore, he confirmed that the list of charges against the driver would change legally and new charges would be added, including attempted kidnapping, attempted murder, and driving under the influence of drugs. He added that the charges he would direct against the company would include their negligence in conducting regular checks on their employees and their responsibility for Habiba's severe injuries, which nearly cost her life.
