Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that "74 towns in the Russian Kursk region are under the control of the Ukrainian armed forces." Zelensky wrote on Telegram: "Despite tough and intense battles, our forces continue to advance in the Kursk region... Ukraine controls 74 towns."
