"Non-Melting" Ice Cream: A New Innovation from a Moscow Laboratory

A laboratory near Moscow has produced a "non-melting" ice cream in the shape of a bar with a chip. The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in the Moscow region reported that "a family-run factory located near Moscow has created ice cream (bouza) that does not melt in the form of a bar with a chip." The press service noted that "the family chocolate factory in the Moscow region, which has specialized in producing chocolate bars for over 15 years, has innovated a new product, namely non-melting ice cream." According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the innovative ice cream was made from regular ice cream using freeze-drying technology, which allows manufacturers to remove moisture, resulting in a crunchy product with a long shelf life. The ice cream will be sold in the form of a bar with a chip resembling soufflé, and the collection also includes strawberry and chocolate flavors.
