Judge Hamada Charges "Pizza Secret" Restaurant Investor, Manager, and "Net Gaz" Company

The Attorney General of Appeals in Beirut, Judge Zahir Hamada, has concluded his preliminary investigations into the gas cylinder explosion that occurred inside the "Pizza Secret" restaurant in the Bashar al-Khouri area, resulting in the deaths of nine workers and employees. Judge Hamada has charged the restaurant investor, Wissam Mohammed Matar, the restaurant manager, Mohammed Hazem Mohannad Al-Labani, and the "Net Gaz" company with the crime of causing the deaths of workers and violating administrative regulations. He has referred the case, along with the detainees, to the First Investigative Judge in Beirut, assigned to Bilal Halawi.
