"Expo" Dubai Launches Land Sales in the "Expo Valley" Project

Dubai’s "Expo" City has launched land sales for the residential project Expo Valley, with plot sizes ranging from 7,500 to 12,500 square feet, with the option to combine spaces. The city has awarded four construction contracts, three of which are to companies based in the United Arab Emirates. The Expo Valley project is set to welcome its residents in early 2026 and includes 532 upscale residential units, varying from standalone villas, attached villas, and townhouses, all designed to meet the highest sustainability standards and ensure a unique living experience in a sustainable community focused on enhancing the wellbeing and health of its residents. The project also offers plots of land for those interested in purchasing and developing the land according to their preferences.

Expo City Dubai is located at the heart of Dubai's rapid growth, adjacent to the Dubai Exhibition Center and Al Maktoum International Airport, accessible via metro and major highways, providing its residents and the thriving business community with ease of mobility. Ahmed Al Khateeb, CEO of Real Estate Development and Delivery at Expo City Dubai, stated, "We continue to work with leading local and international companies known for their expertise to build a community that embodies high quality and exceptional urban design. While we invest in the growth of our city, we are pleased to offer plots of land for sale and provide an opportunity for designers and developers to be part of our successful and vibrant ecosystem."

Sinan Abdullah Mohammed Jumaa Al Naboodah, Managing Director of Al Naboodah Construction Group, commented, "Working on Expo Valley is a continuation of the collaboration that began during Expo 2020 Dubai, where we played a pivotal role in executing various projects that contributed to the success of this exceptional event. We appreciate Expo City Dubai's commitment to the 'Better Together' policy, which emphasizes the power of collaboration, teamwork, and synergy. We look forward to moving ahead and continuing our cooperation in developing this unique residential community."

Residents of Expo Valley will enjoy a nature reserve, a lake, a valley, bike paths, and walking trails, along with play areas and recreational facilities—including three community clubs with gyms—cafes, and restaurants. They will also have easy access to key destinations and family-friendly activities, shops, and restaurants in Expo City. Parsons is overseeing the site preparation for the Expo Valley project, while Al Naboodah Contracting is responsible for the decommissioning of underground services and land leveling throughout the project. ECOM Middle East supervises site management, and Al Nasr Contracting is responsible for constructing utilities networks, energy systems, roadworks, and landscaping.
