The German magazine "Spiegel" reported on Monday that "Germany is preparing to evacuate its citizens from Lebanon and other places in the Middle East amid fears of escalating conflict between Israel on one side and Iran and the Hezbollah group." The magazine, without disclosing its sources, stated that the German Air Force is preparing a small fleet of "A400M" transport aircraft to transfer citizens from Beirut to Cyprus.
