In This Case... Beware of Eating Eggs!

Russian nutrition expert Dr. Nuria Dianova spoke about the numerous benefits of chicken eggs for health, but she also specified who should refrain from consuming them. The expert points out that chicken eggs are among the most common foods worldwide and are practically included in everyone's diet. There are various dietary systems and special egg diets that allow for unlimited consumption of eggs. But is this really true?

She says, "When discussing therapeutic nutrition rules in Russia, the recommended consumption rate is half an egg per day, meaning one egg every two days in hospitals. Outside of hospitals, the quantity is slightly higher."

According to her, "Eggs themselves are a good source of protein and healthy fats." She adds, "Yes, eggs contain cholesterol, but they also contain lecithin and vitamins A, E, and D."

The expert emphasizes that one cannot assert that eggs can be consumed without limits, as egg yolk is a strong stimulant for bile secretion, which can lead to severe consequences. She states, "If a person has problems with the gallbladder or has had it surgically removed, they cannot eat two or three eggs, as they will experience severe pain related to the syndrome of multiple pigments, and the same occurs in the presence of kidney stones."

According to her, a perfect omelet can be made from one or two eggs by adding egg whites, vegetables, and a piece of bread, dividing it into two meals.
