"Hezbollah": We Will Respond Painfully Regardless of the Consequences

The Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council in the Lebanese "Hezbollah," Sheikh Ali Damoush, affirmed that "the resistance is determined to deliver a painful and deterrent field response, and there is no going back from that regardless of the consequences," according to the "German News Agency." Damoush was quoted during a memorial celebration stating that "Gaza and Lebanon, due to the steadfastness and resilience of the resistance in both, prove every day the enemy's incapacity and failure on the ground. Therefore, in order to compensate for its field failures, it resorted to assassinations... The hallmark of the battle the enemy is currently waging is failure, incapacity, and confusion." He held the United States, Britain, and Germany responsible for what is happening for supplying Israel with weapons. He asserted that "the enemy must realize it will not escape punishment for its crimes in Gaza and the region, especially for its crimes in Tehran and Beirut by assassinating the martyrs leaders Fouad Shukr and Ismail Haniyeh; the response is coming and is inevitable, and there is no retreat from it."

Damoush emphasized that "the Zionists should know that the resistance will not settle for a psychological strike; rather, it is determined to deliver a painful and deterrent field response, and from outside the established rules of engagement." He highlighted that "the enemy's assault on the Dahieh was outside the established rules. Therefore, it should expect punishment outside the established norms, and it will not escape from it regardless of how long the resistance's response takes." He pointed out that "this decision has been made by the resistance, and there is no turning back from it, no matter what the consequences are. Its implementation, details, and timing are subject to field conditions and the availability of opportunities, and the assessment of all this is in the hands of the resistance leadership, which acts with calmness, awareness, and wisdom, while operating within the framework of people's interests and national concerns."
