The Syrian Ministry of Interior has announced the successful capture of all members of the terrorist cell responsible for recent bombings in the capital, Damascus, thanks to coordinated efforts by the internal security forces and the General Intelligence Agency.
The Ministry detailed that the operation followed precise intelligence tracking and involved a series of synchronized security raids targeting various locations in and around Damascus as part of efforts to apprehend those involved in the attacks.
The raids specifically covered areas including Al-Qatifah, Sayyida Zainab, Qudsaya Suburb, and Ash al-Warwar, resulting in the arrest of all cell members.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that investigations are ongoing with the detainees to uncover all facets of the terrorist plot, identify the cell's affiliations, and determine the entities that supported or participated in planning the attacks, ahead of revealing the identities and roles of the involved individuals to the public.
