Ukrainian Drones Ignite Industrial Zone in Russia's Stavropol

A fire broke out in an industrial area of Russia's Stavropol region following a Ukrainian drone attack, the region's governor Vladimir Vladimirov announced, noting there were no reported injuries.

Vladimirov explained that Russian defenses intercepted the drone assault near Stavropol, which resulted in a fire breaking out in an industrial site in Vyazniki. Emergency teams and firefighters have been deployed to contain the blaze.

The governor warned of the ongoing risk posed by drones throughout the region, urging residents to stay vigilant.

In Moscow, the city's mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, reported the downing of 11 drones headed towards the capital.

Ukraine has intensified its strikes within Russian territory, primarily targeting energy facilities and industrial sites, as a response to continuous Russian attacks.

This escalation comes as Ukraine's allies are set to meet in Paris to discuss strategies to increase pressure on Moscow to end the war.
